AnalytiCalc License:
AnalytiCalc is COPYRIGHT 1988 Glenn C. Everhart and Mary Everhart.
All rights reserved.
License to use AnalytiCalc is granted to all users provided that
1. This notice is included in its entirety.
2. AnalytiCalc may not be sold or distributed for profit by anyone.
However, copying fees (not to exceed $10. per disk) may be
charged, as done by Fred Fish or other distributors of
"shareware".
3. Any derived works produced in whole or in any part from these
sources must be available, with sources, on the same terms
as AnalytiCalc.
4. No copyright may be claimed by any other organization for AnalytiCalc,
either singly or as part of a collection. Presence of AnalytiCalc
on a bulletin board, online file service, or other system where
it is available for download or file transfer is permitted ONLY
where no such copyright is claimed. By placing AnalytiCalc online
to be downloaded, a service explicitly disclaims any copyright
claims on AnalytiCalc and on other files in its collection, in
the absence of a prominently placed disclaimer, which may in no
case claim any part of a copyright in AnalytiCalc or attempt in
any way to restrict the distribution of AnalytiCalc. Presence
of AnalytiCalc on a distribution service is permitted only where
the operators of the service disclaim any copyrights on AnalytiCalc,
and where they either also disclaim any copyrights on their
total collection (apart from copyrights owned by authors of
individual programs) or where they post a notice of just what
portions of their collections are copyrighted, which may not
include AnalytiCalc.
(This means that if AnalytiCalc appears on Compuserve, either
they have abandoned claims of copyright on their collection, and presence
of AnalytiCalc is evidence for this, or they must post a prominent
disclaimer stating just which of their collection is copyrighted as
a collection. AnalytiCalc may not be included in this list.)
Finally, the author has put a considerable amount of time and
effort (also money) into developing this code. If you find it useful,
you are asked for either:
1. A donation of some code you're writing (with source and documents
so I can learn something too), or
2. A donation of $5.00 to $10.00 to help me buy supplies and keep doing
improvements.
AnalytiCalc is to be considered freeware henceforth. This means
that you are under no obligation to pay anything for it, and you are
encouraged to share it. I do ask for voluntary donations, since upgrading
AnalytiCalc takes some resources and I'd like to hear frfom people using
it. I'd like AnalytiCalc to be USED by people, and update it from time to
time to speed it up or fix problems as I find out about them.
If you improve AnalytiCalc, I'd ask further that you please send
me a copy of the improvements (sources, please!) so I can incorporate them
and share them further. The only major restriction on AnalytiCalc is that
it, and its derivative programs, be and remain freely redistributable, with
sources.
Ports to other machines are encouraged also, with the proviso that
the author (me) get a copy of the port also, and that the port remain
available on the same terms as the original. If you port this program to
another processor and OS (except MS-DOS; I've done that), you have my
blessings and permission to ask for donations to you rather than
me, PROVIDED I get a copy of the port including sources.
Thank You.

NOTA BENE:
I have noticed that under AmigaDos 1.3 AnalytiCalc runs correctly, but
somehow fails when ConMan 1.3 is installed. Beware and run AnalytiCalc
without ConMan for correct operation. Operation is fine with the new
Shell (standard AmigaDos 1.3 issue) installed.
The error that results is "unrecognized action" or something
similar and the console window closes with ConMan 1.3. No errors occur
with the normal AmigaDos drivers.
